When do the five business days begin?
For eligible projects, the clock starts after payment, onboarding, content, brand assets and required access have been received. Client delays pause the timeline.
Is there a minimum service term?
Managed Website plans begin with a 3-month initial term. After that, they continue month-to-month and may be cancelled with 30 days’ notice.
Can you redesign my existing website?
Yes. Existing websites can be redesigned or rebuilt depending on their current platform, condition and requirements.
Do you work with businesses across Australia?

Do I own the website?
Once all agreed setup fees have been paid, you have the right to use the final website created for your business. Prefer to manage the website yourself? Handover options are available. The domain remains under your control and for your benefit. Any transfer or handover conditions will be disclosed before work begins. Third-party platforms, subscriptions, software, licensed assets and RealIgnite reusable systems remain subject to their own licences or ownership terms.
